RedRunway
Philippine Red Cross Muntinlupa, an extension office of the Rizal Chapter that delivers the six major services of the Red Cross in the area of Muntinlupa City, with Caridade International Model, a company that specializes in the management of foreign fashion and commercial models in the country, joined together to create a fund-raising vegan cuisine and fashion show, RedRunway. RedRunway will be for the benefit of the Philippine Red Cross Muntinlupa Branch's Feeding program for malnourished children in Muntinlupa City.
The feeding program and seminar of Red Cross will not only include children but also their parents. Social Workers and nutritionists will teach the mothers to make inexpensive but highly nutritious meals for their children. They will be guided on how to buy vegetables and fruits properly. They will also be taught how to continuously safeguard the health of their children. Red Cross aims to deliver at least 150 children from the scourge of malnutrition with 1 hot meat for 5-6 days per week for 6 months.
