Scarlet Wine Lounge brings back the old school cognac, Grand Marnier, here in the metro. At its 130 years of existence, Grand Marnier has delivered the best drinks (with a mix of tonic water, vodka or event just on the rocks) anyone could ask for!
Scarlet has this sophisticated feel to the place and definitely a plus for the wine vending machine! SO COOL!Their food were delicious too, specially the oysters. A MUST TRY!
